About the series
The year is 2025. North and South Korea have unified and introduced a single currency, but the economic prosperity promised by the government hasn't reached everyone: social stratification has deepened, and the rich have grown richer while the poor have grown poorer. A criminal mastermind known as the Professor plans to steal 4 trillion won from the mint located in the joint economic zone, recruiting accomplices who are dissatisfied with the current situation. The perfectly planned heist is threatened when the robbers take hostages, who begin to behave unpredictably.
