About the title
An ordinary man has a few drinks with his coworkers to celebrate buying an apartment in a residential complex in a sleepy suburb. Returning home late at night, slightly tipsy, he hears cries for help from the street and, looking out the window, witnesses a brutal murder. He also becomes the next potential victim of a hammer-wielding maniac, since the killer noticed which floor's lights just came on. Fearing for his family's life, the witness decides not to tell the police that he saw the murderer's face.
