About the title
Operatives from an elite Chinese anti-organized-crime unit travel to Moscow in 1993 to track down and capture a Chinese mafia gang that has been terrorizing the Trans-Siberian Railway. The Chinese team up with the KGB and militia to extradite the criminals, who face the death penalty back home.
