About the title
Every Saturday, firefighter Anton Kalashnikov picks up his 14-year-old daughter Kira from dance class. TV and dumplings for dinner — the standard "Saturday dad" entertainment package for a teenage girl. But this day, everything goes wrong. Kira buzzes the intercom, Kalashnikov unlocks the entrance door, but she never comes up to the apartment. Anton has to ask the neighbors in his concrete building for help, overcoming human indifference and old grudges along the way.
