About the title
The near future. Fifteen-year-old Lera Arabova lives in Vladivostok. Her father has worked on an orbital space station for many years and long ago lost real contact with his daughter, becoming nothing more than a voice on the phone. After a meteor shower strikes the city, Lera has only one chance left to save her loved ones and the city from a new disaster. Her father helps her, using every opportunity to get a message to his daughter while watching her every move from the station above.
