About the series
Send a request to the Universe, and your dream will surely come true. Have you ever wondered that behind every wish come true lies the enormous work of two ministries at once? Humanity has long been on the Universe's books, and two powerful organizations watch closely over all our thoughts: the "Ministry of All Things Good" and the "Ministry of All Things Bad." The first receives our kindest and best wishes, the second only the most wicked ones. Day and night, the ministries' employees process ordinary people's requests and strive to maintain universal balance. But one day, a strange and thoughtless wish made by a random girl sets off a chain of mysterious events that threaten the future of all humanity.
