About the title
Free-spirited Mikado and Leticia have been living in a camper van for several years, traveling without a fixed route and raising their children on the principle that 'you have to live outside the system.' But when their home on wheels breaks down in a quiet coastal town, the family is forced to stop for two weeks in the old house of a local mechanic. For the children, it's their first experience of living within 'four walls'; for the parents, a test of their ideals. Summer life in a stranger's house draws the family in — the children make friends for the first time, and the daughter wants to start school. Fear of change forces Mikado and Leticia to choose: return to their life of constant movement, or let this stop change their old life forever.
