About the title
Driving home from a New Year's office party, Lindsay and Jeff hit a stranger on a deserted road. There's no phone signal, so they drag the injured man into the car and rush him to the hospital, but on the way the poor man stops breathing. The couple then decides to sober up before turning themselves in to the police, and takes the body to their garage. Meanwhile, Lindsay's younger sister comes home and is attacked by the stranger — who turns out to be alive after all.
