About the title
Pensacola, 2004. Two FBI agents are trying to take down a human trafficking network when it turns out that their case intersects with a years-long, fruitless investigation into the serial murders of young women. And although the police chief wants nothing to do with official cooperation, the FBI agents join forces with a local detective.
