About the title
A tragic incident occurs on Marie-Galante. Romero Saldes, a schoolteacher, is found dead. The investigation is taken up by local police captain Ophélie Vildieu, aided by her partner. They discover that among the victim's students was a hot-tempered teenager who had openly threatened the teacher with violence. He becomes the prime suspect, but his uncle, a police major, tries everything he can to protect his relative. Soon the case takes a new turn, and everything becomes far more complicated than anyone could have imagined...
