About the title
The massive buildings and busy roads of Moscow give way, for Mazhor, to picturesque resort views, a house in the mountains, and winding serpentine roads. He moves there together with his daughter Sonya, where they start their own family business — an eco-hotel. But even before the opening, everything goes wrong. First, the hotel is trashed, then Sokolovsky runs into a local bigwig and crosses paths with a Sochi tycoon who plans to demolish an entire residential block to build a winery in its place.
