About the title
The year 2200. Having captured, on assignment for an influential businessman, a hacker who frees robots from their restraining directives, police officer Aline Ruby and android Carlos Rivera escort her to Mars on an interplanetary express. The planet has long been colonized, and people use robots in all sorts of fields. The detectives' next case is to track down a student who, to her own surprise, wrote code that stripped a robot of all its restrictions, and then disappeared without a trace.
