1402. Margrete has achieved what no man before her ever managed. She has united Denmark, Norway, and Sweden into a peaceful union, which she rules single-handedly through her young adopted son Erik. However, the union is surrounded by enemies, and so Margrete plans a marriage between Erik and an English princess.
