About the title
The film "Lou" is about a famous bounty hunter who retires. She decides to start a calm, measured life with no room for investigations or shootouts. She has to recall her past deeds after an unknown woman shows up on Lou's doorstep. The woman begs for her help, since she simply has no one else to turn to. The avenger has to agree. She has nothing left to lose — all her family and loved ones died long ago — but love does not become a foreign feeling to her.
