About the title
The now-grown children, Mikey and Julie, are eagerly exploring the world, choosing the most troublesome and nerve-wracking ways to do it for their poor parents. A pair of charming dogs are methodically helping to turn the family home into a madhouse. Like the children in the earlier films, the dogs can talk, though again only the audience, not the other characters, can hear them. Meanwhile, as man's best friends show off their wit, James and Molly's marriage comes under threat in the form of the beautiful, lonely, wealthy Samantha, who has hired Mr. Ubriacco as her personal pilot. And she wouldn't mind letting him step outside the bounds of a working relationship…
