About the title
Scott Carey lives an ordinary life. He has a family, a boat-building business, and can't imagine his life without a yacht, the waves, and salt spray. But one day, while out at sea, the man is exposed to an unknown substance and soon begins rapidly shrinking. This event completely changes his life. Now he is forced to live in the basement of his own house, and every day is a continuous struggle for survival. The French-Belgian sci-fi film "Honey, I'm Shrinking" (2025) is an adaptation of "The Shrinking Man," a novel by American writer Richard Matheson, and also a remake of the 1957 film "The Incredible Shrinking Man." The lead role is played by Jean Dujardin.
