About the title
John Lyshitski has been wrongfully imprisoned three times, each time for long stretches. Each time, he was sentenced by the same judge — Nelson Biederman. After his release, John decides to take revenge on the judge, but the judge suddenly dies. John then turns his attention to the judge's son, Nelson Biederman Jr. He frames Nelson, getting him sent to prison. John also arranges to get himself a prison sentence, and after "befriending" Nelson, does everything he can to set him up, forcing him to break the prison's unwritten rules.
