About the title
Heading to a costume party, they decide to dress up as police officers to entertain their friends. Once dressed in the uniform of law enforcement, they realize it has a magical effect on the people around them. People start treating them differently — some fear them, others respect them. Ryan in particular takes a liking to this, and convinces his friend to keep up the disguise. This masquerade leads to both of them getting caught up in all sorts of situations. They become involved in gang conflicts, and are mistaken by others for corrupt police officers who can be pushed into committing crimes of their own.
