About the title
In the Paris suburb of Montfermeil, celebrated in Victor Hugo's famous novel as a place of police brutality and a den of society's outcasts, nothing has changed in two centuries. Newcomer Stéphane, nicknamed Pento, joins the local police department. With guns in their holsters and batons in hand, his new colleagues dispense what they call justice on the streets of the district - until one day they're caught on a kid's drone camera.
