About the title
Ksyusha barely remembers her father: he disappeared when she was still little. Ten years later, his frozen body is found in the mountains. Incredibly, he is still alive and in a strange state of suspended animation resembling a coma. He is brought home. Ksyusha's mother has long since remarried, and the return of her ex-husband disrupts the family's peaceful life. Ksyusha suspects that something supernatural has entered the house along with her father — a demonic entity that inexplicably affects the behavior of the girl's loved ones and friends.
