About the title
Ten years later, Clyde Shelton decides to right the wrong. He finds and kills one of the men involved in the crime. For this he is thrown in prison. Yet he refuses to admit guilt and tells the assistant DA that the justice system itself needs to change — otherwise it could lead to the deaths of innocent people who make it up. Nick Rice comes to realize that the lives of those already marked as victims in the eyes of the deranged Shelton now rest in his hands.
