About the title
The main character, Adam, who has suffered an emotional trauma, finds comfort in Spanish lessons with Cariño. His relationship with her goes beyond that of teacher and student and becomes the start of a strong, touching friendship, in which Adam and Cariño draw inspiration and support from each other.
