About the title
In a future world, humanity has conquered death, but in exchange for eternal life it had to sacrifice the ability to dream. Not everyone is willing to give up the fantasies that stir the imagination. There exists a small handful of daring rebels, called "Phantasma," who relocate into the world of dreams. Their bold dream experiments threaten to disrupt the very structure of time and bring chaos into people's orderly lives. Which means these dangerous fugitives from reality must be found and stopped at all costs.
