About the series
Retired Major Andrei Shamanov, after years of service, is learning to live a peaceful life. But when his former colleagues need help, even happiness with the woman he loves cannot make him refuse a dangerous mission: to investigate the cause of death of a special forces unit conducting exercises in the mountains, where a group of smugglers is hiding. During his work, Andrei faces trials: the criminals kidnap his beloved and blackmail him, to which the experienced soldier Shamanov decides to respond with an assault.
