About the title
Gleb, a spoiled young rich kid and the son of oligarch Ivan Kopytov, is sent to a village to optimize business processes at a dying sausage factory. Gleb wants to prove to his father that he can be an effective top manager. However, the villagers, led by factory director Fyodor Grudinkin, declare all-out war on him.
