About the title
Several generations after Caesar's reign. Apes are the dominant species, living in harmony, while humans are forced to remain in the shadows. As a new tyrannical ape leader builds his empire, a young chimpanzee sets off on a journey that will make him question everything he knew about the past and make a choice that will determine the future of both apes and humans.
