About the title
The main character is schoolboy Dave Lizewski, who, dressing up in a superhero costume, tries to fight crime despite having no special abilities for it. Meanwhile, two other characters - an 11-year-old girl who cuts down gangsters with a samurai sword, and a gangster's son conducting his own investigation - try to find out Dave's identity.
