About the title
A wealthy businessman and his wife have two sons - the adopted Rahul and their biological son Rohan. Rahul is close friends with Naina, who is in love with him, and his father plans to marry them off. But Rahul meets Anjali, a pretty girl living in a poor neighborhood, and falls in love with her. Despite promising his father he would give up the girl, Rahul secretly marries her, provoking his father's anger and curses. Rahul leaves his family home and moves to London. Ten years pass. The now-grown Rohan, who has miraculously transformed from a clumsy, gluttonous fat boy into a handsome athlete, learns of the rift between his father and brother and vows to bring his brother back into the family.
