About the title
At the center of the story is a family man named Jack, whose scatterbrained twin sister Jill shows up to visit for Thanksgiving. And it would be fine if she just visited and left, but no: Jill settles firmly into her brother's house and, it seems, has no intention of leaving anytime soon.
