About the title
Cooper is late for work again and gets fired. But before he can even walk out the door, a terrifying sound knocks him unconscious. Waking up wrapped in a cocoon of webbing, he finds his former coworkers all around him — almost all of them dead. An invasion of giant insects has begun on Earth, and their bite turns people into equally hideous creatures. Together with his boss's daughter Sarah and a handful of other survivors, Cooper tries to escape the city. They meet a retired special-forces operative and together wage war against the alien invaders.
