About the title
Nick, a 21st-century writer from New York, embarks on a dangerous journey after a mob boss orders him to steal the manuscript of the "Divine Comedy" written in the hand of Dante Alighieri himself. Meanwhile, in the 14th century, Dante seeks inspiration to create his greatest work. Unknowingly, the two men are linked across time by their obsession with love, beauty, and the divine.
