How do you tell your wife you were fired long ago, when your marriage is already falling apart, New Year's is just around the corner, and your teenage son has run off again? On December 31, university lecturer Andrei Kurochkin wants nothing more than to say goodbye to the old year 2020 and leave all his unsolvable problems behind in it, but circumstances — in the form of his best friend and a debt collector — force him to barricade himself in his own (former) office. Now Andrei must track down his son, win back his wife, and pay off his debts, all without leaving his professor's chair. There's only one way out: online poker.
