About the title
Matteo Messina Denaro is an elusive mafioso, ladies' man, and lover of luxury who became the godfather of the Cosa Nostra crime organization. For decades he remained on the run, and even the most successful secret services couldn't find him. He effortlessly eliminated anyone who stood in his way. One day, the witty Catello Palumbo — a former mayor who has just gotten out of prison himself — enters this cat-and-mouse game and sets in motion a risky venture.
