About the title
For 17 years, the famous Canadian singer Celine Dion struggled with the symptoms of a mysterious illness that caused painful spasms throughout her body, preventing her from performing. In the winter of 2022, doctors were finally able to diagnose her with an extremely rare and poorly understood stiff person syndrome, which has no cure. The film covers a year in the singer's life as she undergoes medical rehabilitation and rarely leaves her home, spending time with her children while trying not to lose hope of one day returning to the stage.
