About the title
FBI agent Diana Norwood and DEA agent Max Parish are hunting Livingston, the head of an Italian-Russian-Chinese mafia network, who needs to transfer a huge amount of cash to offshore banks. Whoever makes the arrest will be able to put the confiscated money toward their own agency's needs, so the hunt turns into a fierce rivalry.
