About the title
Popular actress Elle lives in a luxurious hotel towering over a megacity shrouded in pink-blue fog. She is shooting a film and spending time with colleagues — up-and-coming actress Hunter and her young stepmother Dominique. One day the girls see a mysterious Leather Man, whom Elle's father once told them about, killing a woman in the window across from them. And many years earlier, somewhere in Japan, amid the same kind of fog, wandered Private Kay — a grieving father whose little daughter was kidnapped by the Leather Man.
