About the title
While investigating the murder of a young crime boss and his associates, detective Walker discovers that Charlie — the son of a mayoral candidate with whom the cop has long-standing corrupt ties — was present at the scene of the crime. Walker tries to track down Charlie, now the prime suspect, and his girlfriend, before his colleagues get to them, while a triad leader and the mother of the murdered man arrive from Asia, firmly intent on punishing those responsible.
