About the title
This story is about alchemists. Alchemy is a science that literally allows one to achieve what God himself does. At some point they go too far, since state alchemists are granted incredible power. As a result, a mysterious figure emerges, ready to punish these people for their sins before God. The brothers Alphonse and Edward are, in fact, among the strongest alchemists. They have never faced such a powerful opponent — in this sequel to the first feature film, they are confronted by a serial killer with a large scar across his forehead.
