About the title
Mozambique, 2019. The village of a little boy named José is attacked by a militant unit commanded by the cruel and merciless Mamudo: the terrorists shoot local residents, set houses on fire, kill José's parents, and the boy himself and his brother are captured by the militants. Meanwhile, in Sudan, Russian instructors are training local army fighters; one of the instructors, an experienced fighter named Granit, is unhappy that there's no suitable assignment for him at the base. Soon an order arrives to send some of the instructors to Mozambique. Granit, with a small squad of instructors, arrives at the military base in Mueda and finds a grim picture: the local army's soldiers are afraid to stand up to the militants, don't maintain discipline, struggle to carry out orders, and General Fubo refuses to share information about the number and location of the militant units. Granit decides to conduct reconnaissance and gather the necessary intelligence himself.
