Terrifying and powerful monsters once again step out of the pages of storybooks and begin wreaking havoc on the city streets. This time, the main events unfold in the frightening amusement park "Horrorland." Ordinary American teenagers will have to not only defeat the most unimaginable creatures, but also once again meet one of the most colorful antagonists of the book universe — the sinister ventriloquist's dummy named Slappy.
