About the title
2021. Through the fault of a limousine-taxi driver, a traffic accident occurs in which a high-ranking official dies. Detective Saegusa and his team doubt the cause of the crash and who is responsible, since there are many inconsistencies in the case, so they decide to conduct their own investigation. Meanwhile, back in 2009 many administrative officials died in traffic accidents, but police declared them all accidents. Detective Oyama Takeshi thinks otherwise and decides to find out the truth himself. And at 23:23 the radio comes to life again, "linking" the past and the future. Saegusa and Oyama soon discover that they are facing a bioterrorism threat. The film is a sequel to the 2018 TV series "Signal".
