About the title
In the near future, when Earth is on the brink of a new ice age and humanity is on the edge of survival, a mysterious portal to another solar system appears in Earth's orbit, leading to a habitable planet called Reia. The first settlers successfully colonize it, but taking advantage of the time difference and favorable conditions, they achieve a technological breakthrough and close off the route for subsequent flights, condemning the rest of humanity to a slow extinction.
