About the title
The story of the liquidators of the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, following the earthquake off the eastern coast of Japan's Honshu Island on March 11, 2011, also known as the Great East Japan Earthquake. Both the plant's management and ordinary staff must make a series of critical decisions and fight to contain the peaceful atom at the cost of their own lives.
