About the title
A pair of Hong Kong police officers, Ricky and Muscles (which means exactly that), end up in Tokyo searching for a fugitive criminal. Here the pals hit a major snag - Ricky is kidnapped by Japanese gangsters. But reinforcements rush from Hong Kong to help Muscles, in the form of... a group of small-time crooks who manage to get themselves into the most terrifying and hilarious scrapes. Among them, though, there is one professional - the gorgeous policewoman Miss Wu, whose showdown with a Japanese woman became a textbook scene of the martial arts genre.
