About the title
Single mother Lily is struggling with the death of her husband, Ron, who died in a laboratory explosion. She is raising their son Kevin, who has autism; the boy misses his father and feels lonely. Lily and Kevin are forced to move into a smaller house, and she tries to find work and obtain insurance payments for Ron. But the investigation concludes that he committed suicide, meaning she isn't entitled to the money. Lily doesn't believe the police's version and starts her own investigation to uncover the truth behind Ron's death.
