About the title
Kate McQuean, a beautiful female lawyer, unwittingly gets caught up in a major game run by former KGB operatives. They want to eliminate her as a minor but annoying obstacle. But chance brings her together with detective Max Kirkpatrick, who also finds himself drawn into the "game" and loses three of his fellow police officers. Together they try to escape, but their whereabouts keep becoming known to their pursuers. A real hunt begins, in which it's not yet clear who is the hunter and who is the prey.
