About the title
Three generations of the Collins family have never gotten along, and now they have a perfect excuse to be at each other's throats again. The death of Edmund, the grandiose head of the family, brings together under one roof Daniel, a secret porn actor; Lucy, who is about to announce her wedding to her beloved girlfriend; the aggressive neurotic Alice, who has turned her family into obedient zombies; the dim-witted Skip and his precociously sex-obsessed twin sons. Only the level-headed Kate can ensure the successful outcome of this eccentric funeral, since even the grief-stricken widow has no time for it - she's too busy trying every way she can to kill herself.
