About the title
A rightful heir to the throne in exile and the son of a murdered rebel — what do they have in common? Each has his own goal: one dreams of taking the throne and restoring his family's former glory, the other of avenging his father's murder at the hands of a man serving the usurpers. The young men become embroiled in a large-scale struggle for power and honor, in which those who seemed to be friends may betray them, and former enemies may become allies. To achieve their goals, both the prince and the rebel's son will have to risk what they hold most dear and make the most important choice of their lives — to follow the path laid out for them, or to defy fate itself.
