About the series
The one-of-a-kind lawyer Elsbeth Tascioni moves from Chicago to New York, where she assists the police in investigating tangled cases. Eccentric, emotional and endlessly endearing, Elsbeth is a dark horse. To everyone she seems overly enthusiastic and scatterbrained, but behind that mask hide a sharp mind, keen observation, and extensive knowledge of criminal investigation.
