About the series
Anna seems strong, even tough. But no one knows that deep down she is still the same little girl she was many years ago, when she could be beaten and locked in the basement for the smallest offense. After buying a house in a cottage community, Anna meets a woman who, she believes, needs help. But she finds herself at the center of an intricately woven web of lies. Will she manage to understand what's going on, untangle herself, and save her own life and someone else's? A screen adaptation of Victoria Platova's detective novel.
